Tom Kenter is a global senior executive and corporate officer in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries with extensive expertise in finance, business improvement, business strategy, change management, cost reduction, cash generation and risk management.

As President & CEO of Michigan Avenue Advisors (MAA), Mr. Kenter launched a management consulting firm focused on helping small to medium sized privately owned organizations to improve their performance. MMA works to explore new ideas and invent the future as a trusted advisor to its clients. MAA focuses on identifying organizational opportunities while collaborating with management in the development of plans for improvement. MAA services include strategy development, change management, financial reporting and process improvement with an emphasis on engaging the client's personnel in the adoption and execution of the created solution suite.

As Chief Administrative Officer & Executive VP at Veolia NA, Mr. Kenter built the infrastructure needed to leverage resources/synergies between functions that resulted in $20M+ of savings/cost reductions in 3 years and a lean corporate structure. He also oversaw development/implementation of a new ERP / P2P solution, and drove continuous improvement efforts within the shared services organization that produced total savings of $1.1 million. Also at Veolia, as VP, Mutualization & Convergence, he led effort to rationalize H&W benefit offerings within zone that generated savings in excess of $5M/ per year.
